1 To qualify for up to $1000 of closing costs paid, the line of credit and first draw must be at least $15,000 and taken after the rescission period and within 3 business days thereafter. Or, for up to $500 of closing costs paid by the credit union, the line of credit and first draw must be at least $7500 and taken after the rescission period and within 3 business days thereafter. If the loan balance is equal to or less than 60% of the minimum draw requirement ($15,000 or $7,500) within 12 months of the initial draw, the member will be required
to reimburse the credit union in full for all closing costs paid.
